Return & Refund Policy

Your satisfaction matters to us. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please review our return and refund guidelines below.

Return window

You may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery. Requests received after this period cannot be accepted.

Eligible items

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Original packaging, boxes, and pouches must be intact
  • All tags, labels, and authenticity cards must be attached
  • No signs of damage, alteration, or wear

Non-returnable items

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Earrings and pierced jewelry (hygiene reasons)
  • Final sale, clearance, or heavily discounted items marked non-returnable
  • Gift cards and store credit purchases

Return process

  1. Email support@affolux.in with your order number, item name, and reason for return.
  2. Our team will review and respond with approval within 24 hours.
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address we provide.
  4. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product.
  5. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Refund method

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, or wallet as used at checkout via Razorpay)
  • Bank processing times may add 3–5 additional business days depending on your bank
  • Store credit may be offered as an alternative for faster resolution; contact us if you prefer this option

Exchanges

Exchanges for a different size or colour are available subject to stock. Email us with your preference; we will guide you through the exchange process. Any price difference must be paid before the replacement is dispatched.

Damaged or defective items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free return pickup where possible and offer a full refund or replacement at no extra cost to you.
