Shipping Policy

We ship across India through trusted courier partners. Please read the details below before placing your order.

Processing time

• Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days of confirmation.
• Custom or personalized items may require 5–7 business days before dispatch.
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery time

• Metro cities: 3–5 business days after dispatch
• Other cities and towns: 5–7 business days after dispatch
• Remote and pin-code restricted areas: 7–10 business days after dispatch

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather, festivals, or courier delays beyond our control.

Shipping charges

• Free shipping on all orders of ₹999 and above
• Orders below ₹999: flat shipping charge of ₹99
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on eligible pin codes; an additional ₹50 COD handling fee applies

Shipping partners

We work with reputable logistics partners including Delhivery, Blue Dart, and India Post to ensure safe and timely delivery of your packages.

Order tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time.

International shipping

We currently ship within India only. International delivery is not available at this time. We hope to expand to select countries in the future.

Undelivered orders & RTO

If a package is returned to us because the address was incorrect, incomplete, or the customer was unavailable after multiple delivery attempts (Return to Origin / RTO), we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Re-shipping charges must be borne by the customer unless the error was on our part.
